About Our Front of House Leader
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide top-notch service.
- Coordinate and manage employee schedules, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and meeting operational needs.
- Address and resolve any restaurant-related issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-service restaurant management role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct junior staff members.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
