Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a waitstaff member.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an authentic Italian dining experience to our guests. This includes greeting and seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional guest service
  • Greet and seat guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks to the table
  • Demonstrate knowledge of food and wine and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times
  • Have experience section waiting in a similar, fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Passion for food and wine (Italian cuisine knowledge advantageous)
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
  • Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights, and public holidays
