We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to seniors in their daily lives.
Job OverviewThe Personal Care Assistant will work collaboratively with experienced Personal Care Workers to deliver high-quality care to residents. This will involve assisting with daily tasks and activities, as well as supporting nursing students by providing hands-on learning opportunities and career guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist experienced Personal Care Workers with daily tasks and activities for residents.
- Support nursing students by providing hands-on learning opportunities and career guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident needs are met.

About the RoleAs a Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while working in a supportive team environment. Requirements- Diploma or certificate in aged care or related field.
- Experience working in a care environment, preferably with seniors.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications used in care settings.
