Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing supply chain customer collaboration by building relationships with the customer supply chain contacts.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Supply Chain and Customer related processes. They will be proficient in building relationships and have high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Communication: You will be responsible for reporting, reviewing and communicating customer DIFOT results and issues.
  • Impact Reduction Strategies: You will implement strategies to reduce impacts on customer DIFOT, conduct root cause analysis and take corrective actions.
  • Collaboration and Optimisation: You will collaborate and leverage optimisation opportunities between us and our customers on Supply Chain topics to improve service, costs and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Support: You will provide operational support for Business Managers.
  • System Management: You will work with the Customer Service Specialist to manage and maintain system related requirements.
  • Peak Promotional Sales: You will align with all parties for peak promotional sales requirements to coordinate customer service activities and provide transparency to 3PLs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years work experience, ideally in FMCG.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Customer related processes.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise.
  • Relationship Building: Proficient in building relationships.
