ERP Systems Analyst Job Description

This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of ERP systems and database maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with information technologies and systems analysis.

  • Provide day-to-day support for the company's ERP Database system to ensure data integrity and user access.
  • Conduct testing of existing, updated, and new ERP modules.
  • Regularly upload data to the ERP system for customer contracts, product prices, supplier costs, and new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal support requests through online ticketing systems.
  • Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors/integrations to achieve service levels and resolve issues.
  • Update business intelligence systems and prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Provide local support for ERP system upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience in ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of database maintenance and administration principles.
  • Experience in working with information technologies and systems analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
