Badging & Identity Management Specialist

This is a role where you will be responsible for managing access control programs and processes related to physical identity badge creation. You will partner with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors.
The successful candidate will have a high degree of technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to represent the company's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Monitor all badge and access applications via systems like Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and internal customers are satisfied.
- Manage access levels creation, request, and modification in the Lenel access control system.
- Serve as point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO).
- Ensure proper maintenance of badging inventory and records.
- Represent core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

- At least four years of experience in access control/badging.
- Knowledge of security systems.
- Proficient English written and verbal skills.

- Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
