About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of civil projects across the region. With a proven track record in delivering successful projects, you will lead a team of engineers and workers to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Ensure the health and safety of all site personnel and subcontractors
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Material Ordering: Source and procure materials efficiently to meet project schedules
  • Pre-starts: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive pre-start plans
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities to ensure seamless integration into the project
  • Team Leadership: Drive team productivity and performance to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in delivering medium to large-scale civil projects
  • Experience with bulk/detailed earthworks, pavements, or utility projects
  • An excellent understanding of technical specifications and drawings
  • End-to-end project delivery experience
  • Ability to drive sub-contractor productivity
