Site Manager Opportunity in Commercial Construction

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team in a commercial construction project for a respected education client in Western Sydney. As the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site team to ensure efficient construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain a 2-3 week program look ahead.
  • Report construction progress to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and client representatives involved in the project.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, preferably in educational or commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
