Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies for our pork portfolio.

  • We leverage consumer research, collaborate with functional experts and strong analytics to identify new volume and profit growth areas.
  • We manage alignment with domestic and export markets on the brand growth plans annually.
  • We partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., NPD, Supply Chain, Commercial) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, suppliers) to develop new initiatives and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive business objectives.
  • We drive commercialisation of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions.
  • We provide leadership, clear direction to direct reports, local marketing support and external agencies to achieve business goals.
  • We influence and collaborate with key business partners to ensure plans are aligned and executed to best-in-class levels.
About You:
  • You hold a relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years sales and/or marketing experience in a FMCG environment.
  • You possess consumer Brand management experience with a focus on consumer insights.
  • You excel at relationship building skills and senior stakeholder management.
