Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Food and Beverage team to consistently deliver exceptional service.

  • Oversee food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, and conference services.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and guide the team during busy periods.
  • Provide coaching, development, and feedback to empower team growth.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and exceed expectations with personalized service.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
