Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-spoken individual with proven previous experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and project management. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical support operations for clients, ensuring our premium service offering is maintained, systems are secured, and client compliance requirements are met.

  • Liaising with and building rapport with client contacts to ensure their needs are being met and feedback for improvement or new opportunities is provided.
  • Identifying opportunities within existing clients to improve infrastructure, security, compliance, and end-user productivity. Where applicable, driving end-to-end project management from preparing proposals to effecting change.
  • Performing and assisting with levels of support and project work as required to ensure SLAs and deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years' experience of operational IT experience across desktop support and service desk activities. MSP experience is preferred, along with extensive knowledge and experience of MS Office 365, Intune, MDM, Security and compliance. A strong networking background, including routers and access points, is also essential.

To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated experience in working with client end-users from junior to CEO and meeting expectations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical expertise in MS Office 365, Intune, MDM, Security, and Compliance.
  • Strong networking knowledge, including routers and access points.
  • Minimum 1-5 years' experience of operational IT experience across desktop support and service desk activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including proposal preparation and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
