Room Service Attendant

We are seeking a Food and Beverage attendant to join our Room Service team.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by conversing with them, delivering room service from the kitchen to villas, and driving a buggy. Your role will also involve working closely with the kitchen and food and beverage teams to ensure each dish arrives intact and well presented.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, be a strong team player, and have previous experience in hospitality. You must also be available to work 5 days a week and hold a valid drivers licence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to longer-term employment, maintain excellent grooming and presentation, and confidently communicate with guests. They will also actively demonstrate pride in their work, exhibit a strong work ethic, and be punctual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Converse with guests to provide exceptional service
  • Deliver room service from the kitchen to villas
  • Drive a buggy as required
  • Work closely with the kitchen and food and beverage teams
  • Ensure each dish arrives intact and well presented

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Available to work 5 days a week
