Job Description

This role is central to the rollout of a universal 3-year-old preschool and other sector-shaping initiatives across South Australia. You will be part of a statewide movement supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing from the earliest years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate implementation of early childhood reforms, providing high-level support for smooth execution.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel logistics, and diary coordination for the Regional Manager and team.
  • Administer processes such as minute-taking, correspondence tracking, document management, and action item follow-ups.
  • SUPPORT DATA COLLECTION AND MINOR RESEARCH, and implement local projects.
  • Assist with financial processes, HR tasks, and internal compliance reporting.
  • Provide professional communication as the first point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Maintain information systems and databases.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, including juggling competing priorities under pressure.
  • Coordination and problem-solving skills with a commitment to proactive support.
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
  • Competence with ICT systems including Microsoft Office.
