We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a vital member of our care community, you will play a key role in supporting seniors and adults with disabilities to maintain their independence.

The successful candidate will work in a person-centered environment respecting clients' rights and needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene
  • Daily errands and companionship
  • Social and recreational activities
  • Meal preparation and medication assistance

You will also be responsible for observing, caring, and reporting changes in clients' health and wellbeing, responding to emergency situations, and working weekend and overnight shifts as rostered.

Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must have:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability) or equivalent qualification
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence and own maintained car
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate
