Job Summary

This role is pivotal in ensuring that delivery timelines, dependencies and milestones are accurately tracked, communicated and aligned across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for multiple concurrent technology projects.
  • Coordinate project dependencies, milestones and critical paths to ensure precise forecasting and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, PMO and executives to provide transparent reporting on project status, risks and impacts.
  • Conduct thorough schedule analysis and scenario modelling to identify potential issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Drive consistency and discipline in scheduling practices across all project streams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in project management and scheduling is essential for this role. Proficiency in developing and maintaining IMSs for multiple concurrent projects is also required.
