Lead Skin and Laser Treatment Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive skin and laser treatment sales.
  • Mentor staff on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze business performance and create action plans to address underperformance.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns and adjust them as necessary.
  • Manage payroll, time, and attendance, as well as invoice payments.

Requirements:

  • A background in retail, sales, people management, or leadership.
  • Proven ability to motivate staff to meet targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong brand alignment and excellent communication skills.
  • High computer literacy.
