Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Sales Professional to join our sales team in Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO PROMOTE MARKETED PRODUCTS AND STRATEGICALLY POSITION THEM FOR SUCCESS IN YOUR ASSIGNED TERRITORY.
  2. Achieve sales objectives for marketed products through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  3. Develop and manage expense budgets related to territory activities, including promotional materials and travel expenses.
  4. Contribute to strategic and tactical planning processes by analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and recommending strategies and budgets for field activities.
  5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, therapeutic markets, and competitive landscape.
  6. Provide market intelligence to product managers to inform business decisions.
  7. Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting regulations.
  8. Effectively utilize sales materials and resources to engage customers and promote products.
  9. Identify and develop advocates within the medical community who can positively influence the adoption and growth of LEO products.
Your Qualifications
  • A degree in Business or Life Sciences is preferred.
  • Must be qualified by Medicines Australia.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
  • Medical Dermatology sales experience is highly valued.
  • Specialist sales experience is also highly regarded.
  • Proven competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in a Windows environment.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
