Role Summary:

Civil & Structural Design Leader

Maintain expert-level proficiency in civil and structural engineering, responsible for leading the design delivery process across various mining and heavy industrial projects. Foster close collaboration with clients and project teams to ensure tailored solutions meet their needs. Drive business growth through strategic leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in civil and structural design
  • Lead geotechnical data interpretation efforts
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, promoting their career development and professional growth

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduation in Civil Engineering (BEng or equivalent)
  • Registration as RPEQ or CPEng (or actively pursuing registration)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, and Prokon
  • Extensive experience in mining and heavy industrial infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
