A key role within the organization is to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
This involves planning, coordination, and supervision across various stakeholders.
- Coordination and safe execution of maintenance tasks
- Communication and coordination among team members
- Planning and prioritization of work projects
- Promotion of best practices for maintenance and operations
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards
The ideal candidate will be a safety leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
They will have experience in coordinating operational involvement and supervision for operations maintenance, promoting maintenance best practices, and ensuring all work is managed and completed in accordance with established safety values.
- Safety leadership and planning excellence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- JD Edwards knowledge highly advantageous
- Engineering or trade background (i.e. mechanical background)
- Experience in hazardous facilities
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours occasionally
- Operational experience in work permits, HSSE MS knowledge, lockout tag out, isolations, and gas testing
- Technical acumen including ability to interpret drawings
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership
- Competence in data management
- Experience in delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement opportunities
