The role of Retail Leasing Executive is a great opportunity to work with a well-regarded blue-chip client with a national portfolio. You will form part of the national retail leasing team and will assist in the lease renewals, negotiation, relocations, and refurbishments of your assigned portfolio.

This role is required on-site at our client's premium office in the Sydney CBD, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days in-office and 2 days from home). We seek a highly skilled individual with tertiary qualifications and a State Real Estate Licence/Sub-Agents Licence. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant commercial leasing experience, ideally in retail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build rapport with stakeholders of all levels and deal with ambiguity and address complex problems within an ever-changing environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
