About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist customers with meal preparation and shopping, as well as providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment for customers, including maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in home care and support.

Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care and support.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
