We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Carlton area. As a Home Care Worker, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our elderly customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Offer respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments

What We Look For:

  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • You care about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work
