About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia

Requirements

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
