Project Cost Estimation Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide expert cost estimation and assurance services to support project development activities, strategic planning, and capability assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop advanced project cost estimation models, analyze cost risk and uncertainty using industry-endorsed costing tools, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Establish a comprehensive costing capability to support early understanding of cost impacts related to project scope and manufacturing.
- Review and develop total cost of ownership (TCO) models in accordance with organizational requirements and capability gaps.
- Provide detailed cost briefs, cost assurance, and ad-hoc reports to assist higher authorities on project cost estimations and financial planning.
- Share knowledge and expertise on cost estimation and assurance with colleagues through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cost estimation and assurance, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex cost information to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard costing tools and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
