Reports and Business Intelligence Specialist

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions and reports that support strategic decision-making.
As a Reports and Business Intelligence Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders across the organization in making informed decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with data connections from source systems and static data sources. You will also have the ability to deliver presentation layers including graphs, charts, maps, and drill-down reports. Experience collaborating with end-users in an iterative environment to create deliverables and train users for self-service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- Data Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models. Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs. Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance improvements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Reports/BI domain.
- Experience in the design and implementation of one or more BI toolsets such as QlikView, Tableau, SAS Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or Datazen.
- Ability to deliver presentation layers, including graphs, charts, maps, and drill-down reports.
- Experience collaborating with end-users in an iterative environment to create deliverables and train users for self-service.
