Key Role:

This position supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a dynamic and complex organisation. As an executive officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, with experience in managing internal communications, projects, governance functions, events planning, and executive team support.

You will be part of a small friendly office, close to public transport, with opportunities to travel across Sydney. Your duties will include providing operational support to the CEO and executive team, leading projects and improvement initiatives, and facilitating internal events.

Requirements:

  • Operational experience in health management
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to build and collate timely reports and information for senior management
  • Knowledge of change management processes and leadership in a health environment
