**Strategic Governance Expert Wanted**

The role of the Transition Board is to provide leadership and guidance during the formation of this new association. Strategic leaders with expertise in finance, legal, risk, and governance are highly sought after. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance qualifications and experience in large organisations undergoing significant change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and governance to the Transition Board
  • Oversee the formation of the new association and ensure effective oversight of its future activities and services
  • Represent the interests of thousands of student members
  • Ensure a culture of collaboration and support within the organisation

Requirements:

  • Finance: A relevant qualification or expertise
  • Legal, Risk, and Governance: Experience in legal, risk management, and governance
  • High-Level Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Advocacy and Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and advocacy
  • Integrity, Pragmatism, and Credibility: Strong leadership qualities with integrity, empathy, and credibility
