We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional work and wants to make a real impact in the digital marketing ecosystem.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of client marketing and communications strategies. This hands-on role offers exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing, communications, and investor relations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, distributing, and tracking EDM campaigns via platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor
  • Creating, scheduling, and optimizing content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other social media platforms
  • Designing digital and print assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Gathering and compiling digital performance metrics
  • Assisting with website updates using platforms such as WordPress
  • Assisting with video projects, from filming and setup through to editing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in commerce, finance/accounting, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), EDM platforms like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor, and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively
