The Marketing Coordinator position at ibis Perth is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the hotel's marketing efforts.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable growth.

  • Social Media & Content: Develop engaging posts, manage influencer activity, and analyse social media performance.
  • Web & Digital Distribution: Maintain and optimise hotel microsites, OTAs, and Google Business listings to drive online visibility.
  • CRM & EDMs: Craft and deploy campaigns to promote rooms, events, and F&B offerings, and build strong relationships with our loyalty program members.
  • Design & Collateral: Create digital and print assets aligned with hotel and Accor brand guidelines to enhance our visual identity.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign delivery.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM platforms.
  • Creative eye for design and brand storytelling (Adobe Creative Suite experience advantageous).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
