Job Title: Senior Building Structures Strategist

As a seasoned leader in building structures, you will play a key role in shaping our national footprint across Australia.

This senior position involves developing and driving strategy, technical excellence, and team development while expanding our presence in close partnership with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing our building structures strategy to establish and grow the practice across Australia.
  • Building client relationships and securing major project wins.
  • Actively delivering projects.
  • Overseeing the technical excellence and quality of building structural engineering across diverse sectors.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team aligned with our values and technical standards.
  • Collaborating across business groups to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Actively leading as a member of the Building Engineering Services Leadership Team.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, advocating for an inclusive working environment and fostering a culture of belonging.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, professional registration, and a minimum of 15 years of experience within consulting engineering. You are known for your technical expertise, commercial acumen, and ability to win and deliver complex projects. Your strong client network and passion for innovation, quality, and team development will be key to your success.
