Assistant Venue Manager

Our restaurant is a premier dining destination, renowned for its modern Asian cuisine and exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team and help us deliver outstanding experiences for both our valued guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Venue Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Assist with rostering, inventory control, and compliance.
  • Drive guest experience and manage service standards in a high-volume, premium environment.
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and service KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within premium dining or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food & beverage service standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
