Customer Service Representative

This is a casual position based at our Maroochydore store, with flexible hours to accommodate busy trading times or cover shifts when our existing team members are on leave. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
