Job Description

Our organization is seeking a talented Performance Executive to lead the development and execution of paid search strategies for our clients. This role involves leveraging all paid search channels, including Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads, to deliver best-in-class results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective paid search campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, Havas Market, and external Performance partners, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or higher education equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study.
  • Proven experience working in SEM, with a strong understanding of search marketing strategies and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff and clients.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Adobe.
