About the Opportunity

Be part of a well-established Wills and Estates practice known for its professionalism, mentorship, and client-focused approach. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and engage with a high-quality client base across estate planning, administration, and litigation.

The Role

  • Prepare applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
  • Assist with Will drafting and estate planning
  • Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
  • Support estate litigation matters
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders

About You

  • Minimum 3 years PAE in Wills and Estates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Admitted to legal practice in QLD (or eligible for a QLD practising certificate)
