Lawyer Role - Real Estate

This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join a tier-one ranked real estate practice, collaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful Real Estate team, and work with a variety of clients and help bring to life some of the most significant and game-changing projects in Queensland.

  • Join an array of matters across both public and private sectors, ranging from typical property development work to large property and infrastructure projects.
  • Support other practice groups (e.g., Corporate, Renewable Energy and Resources, Public Sector) in various property transactions and leasing work.

You will have the opportunity to work on diverse matters including renewable energy projects, capital transactions for large institutional clients, social and affordable housing projects impacting many Queenslanders affected by the housing crisis, transport projects focusing on improving rail and road networks across Queensland, and other large infrastructure projects.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Property experience with exposure to various property matters, ideally between 3-6 years' post-admission experience.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • Strong time and project management abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A strong academic background.
  • An enthusiasm to learn and grow as a real estate lawyer.
