  • Providing clinical leadership, exercising professional judgment, and working with minimal supervision.
  • Contributing to the evaluation, innovation, and development of services provided by the unit.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in mental health acute care.
  • A strong understanding of patient flow principles and discharge planning.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate 7 days a week.
