Job Description:

This pivotal position is designed to oversee and execute the Administration and Claims training strategy, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end learning outcomes that cater to the needs of colleagues across various levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational objectives
  • Create and facilitate onboarding programs, including system training, role-specific development sessions, and IT setup
  • Maintain up-to-date relevant materials to reflect legislative and policy changes
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership group to identify capability skill gaps and devise pathways to enhance performance through targeted learning initiatives
  • Conduct regular reviews of training programs and artifacts to support optimal engagement and learning outcomes
Requirements:
  • Certification in Training and Assessment (Cert IV)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Learning & Development Management role
  • Proven experience within the financial sector, particularly in a learning and development training capacity, is essential; superannuation-specific expertise would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and delivering engaging content
  • Confidence in facilitating presentations to diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional knowledge of adult learning practices and frameworks
