Lead Emergency Services Strategist

">Job Description

As a senior leader in emergency services, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of South Australia's response to emergencies. Working closely with stakeholders and Chief Officers, you will develop and manage a comprehensive risk-based emergency management framework for the state.

This framework will guide resource allocation, ensure adequate frontline services, and maintain a strategic policy framework supported by robust risk management strategies and systems.

In collaboration with volunteer associations and unions, you will promote diversity and flexible ways of working, including part-time arrangements.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Emergency Management Frameworks
  • Work with Chief Officers to Allocate Resources Effectively
  • Maintain Strategic Policy Frameworks
  • Engage Stakeholders to Initiate Sector Improvements
