The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting sales, and retaining our current member base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the fitness industry and wants to make a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Create genuine relationships with existing and potential members
- Proactively seek out and generate new leads
- Create a fun, upbeat, and welcoming gym environment
- Promote the club within the local community
- Maintain the cleanliness and 5-star appearance of the club
- Perform ad-hoc administration tasks, phone calls, and other duties as required
- Be present and creative on our social media platforms
We are looking for a special individual who is wanting to grow and thrive in their new role. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and bubbly personality, a genuine passion for the fitness industry, and a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives.
The successful candidate will be focused, professional, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a goal-driven mindset. Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.
