About the Role:

The Membership Development Specialist is responsible for generating leads and converting sales to encourage members of the public to live a better and healthier lifestyle as well as retaining our current member base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create genuine relationships with existing and potential members
  • Proactively seek out and generate new leads
  • Create a fun, upbeat and welcoming gym environment
  • Promotion of the club within the local community
  • Maintain the cleanliness and 5 star appearance of the club
  • Adhoc administration tasks, phone calls etc
  • Be present and creative on our social media platforms

About You:

  • Sales background (advantage)
  • Goal-driven, motivated and able to have fun

Required Certificates:

  • First Aid/ CPR
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
