About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Consultant to join our team at Anytime Fitness Roxburgh Park.

As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting sales to encourage members of the public to live a better and healthier lifestyle, while also retaining our current member base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create genuine relationships with existing and potential members
  • Proactively seek out and generate new leads
  • Create a fun, upbeat and welcoming gym environment that members will love
  • Promote the club within the local community
  • Maintain the cleanliness and 5-star appearance of the club
  • Perform ad-hoc administration tasks, phone calls, etc.
  • Be present and creative on our social media platforms
About You:

We are looking for a special individual who is passionate about the fitness industry and wants to make a difference in people's lives.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Outgoing and bubbly personality
  • Genuine passion for the fitness industry
  • Strong desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Focused, professional and reliable
  • Organised and high attention to detail
  • Follow direction and contribute your ideas
  • Have a strong work-ethic
  • Sales background (advantage)
  • Goal-driven, motivated and able to have fun
Required Certificates:
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
