Job Summary

The role of the Project Coordination Specialist is to oversee the Aboriginal Maternal and Infant Care Skill Set project. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to review and update resource materials as well as address any changes in course units.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate stakeholder consultation, synthesize input, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage project planning, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting according to established guidelines.
  • Support the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and work closely with the Midwifery Education Facilitator to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience working in vocational education and training, preferably within multi-disciplinary teams, and collaborating with Aboriginal communities.
  • A requirement for this position is having Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
