Project Coordination Specialist

Lead the overall direction, coordination, and execution of projects ensuring consistency with our strategic objectives. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage and monitor project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise project teams to ensure timely completion and effective results.
  • Negotiate subcontractor arrangements and pricing for outsourced services.
  • Monitor budget requirements, update budgets as necessary, and track cost against budget.
  • Ensure all variations have been submitted by scheduled deadlines.
  • Meet specification requirements, including architectural, engineering, and drafting standards.
  • Collaborate with external drafting organizations, addressing queries in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings with relevant departments to inform them of project requirements.
  • Review and address contract information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of site works, including fabrication progress, painting, progress claims, cash flow, and costings.
  • Implement project-specific variations, obtaining client approval where necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree-recognized university qualification.
  • White card.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of independence, be able to work effectively within a team, and maintain a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
