We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress in their retail career and take on new challenges.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a passionate team of sales assistants and working closely with the Store Manager to drive high performing and successful people, performance, and operations initiatives.

You will also be involved in local community activations, partnering with sporting events and managing relationships with healthcare professionals that we work with.

This role offers a unique blend of retail experience and leadership development opportunities.

Job Description:

Lead a team of sales assistants and contribute to achieving sales targets

Work closely with the Store Manager to implement business strategies and initiatives

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community groups

Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a full time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor or 3IC
  • A motivated and driven 'make it happen' attitude
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
