Job Title: Assistant Retail Store Co- Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in our retail environment. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for supporting the store leader in driving team performance, achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading teams in a fashion retail setting and be confident in providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance. They will also have a strong passion for fashion and delivering personalized customer service, as well as knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store leader in achieving sales targets and delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Coach and develop the team, providing feedback to enhance performance.
  • Manage daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Perform store leader duties when required, including opening and closing the store.
