About the Role

">As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across store operations, processes, and tasks. You will support the Store Manager by handling administrative tasks related to profit protection, stock movement, scheduling, and cash procedures.
">- Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing operational efficiency and compliance
- Reviewing and improving store processes to maximize productivity and sales
- Coaching and developing the team in operational procedures
- Managing cash handling and administrative responsibilities in line with company policies
- Collaborating with the Store and Assistant Store Managers on end-of-month processes
The Ideal Candidate

">- Experience in admin or operations support roles
- Inventory management or stock handling experience (preferred)
- Critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
