We are currently hiring a Maintenance Operative to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. **Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment. You will also be required to load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers, and operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, greenkeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's licence (Manual preferred)
- White Card
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
