Clinical Framework Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team and drive the development of our clinical framework.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective clinical programs, providing supervision and leadership to clinical staff, and collaborating with allied health professionals.
About the Role- Develop and implement a comprehensive clinical framework that aligns with our organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide supervision and guidance to Behavioural Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and other allied health professionals.
- Lead the development of clinical training programs and materials to support the growth and development of our clinical team.
- Manage a caseload and coordinate NDIS reporting requirements and accreditation.
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, including allied health professionals and government agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing clinical teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective clinical programs.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and its requirements.
- Experience in risk management and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
