Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Responsible Gaming Analyst to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk reviews to identify problem gambling markers of harm.
  • Conduct high-risk telephonic calls to customers experiencing the effects of gambling harms.
  • Escalate concerns related to responsible gaming from relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with AML & Account Management teams to ensure due diligence is carried out.
  • Operate in an environment requiring 24/7 coverage (shift work will be required).
  • Translate responsible gaming content on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing.
  • 6+ months of experience in compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming.

Bonus Points:

  • Sports and gambling knowledge advantageous.
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge beneficial.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira.
