Production Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled production leader to join our team. As a production supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to achieve their workplace goals.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that involves leading and actively working in a team to ensure production timelines are met.

The successful candidate will have experience taking a hands-on approach to leading a team, understanding of manufacturing or production workflows, strong computer skills, and a genuine desire to help others and see people succeed.

This role reports to the Site and Business Support Manager and works closely with people with disability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct supervision, training, and management of workers;
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Overseeing, coordinating, and participating in work activities ensuring timelines are met;
  • Identifying training requirements and opportunities for continuous improvement;

You will be a patient and empathetic leader who uses a collaborative approach to achieve high-level outcomes. You will enjoy taking on a supportive leadership role, working with your team, and getting your hands dirty. Above all, you will appreciate the importance of supporting people with disability and genuinely want to contribute to this organization's goal to support people with disability to live the life they choose.
